Easy Cobbler aka Dump Cake

My college roommate and dear friend, Robin Daniel made this delicious cobbler during finals week and rigorous rehearsal schedules. It would lift our spirits and give us something warm and yummy to fill our bellies. The only catch is that this dessert is so bad for you. It has processed food and tons of butter. But by golly, it is worth it. Just double up on your work outs to enjoy this delicious cobbler. Trust me, you will love it.

You'll need:

1 can of cherry pie filling (This can be any canned fruit. Peach or apple would be yummy too.)

1 can of crushed pineapple (I used sliced pineapple because I accidentally bought sliced pineapple- I just diced them up myself)

1 box of yellow cake mix

1 stick of butter

1 peach

Preheat over to 350 degrees

First put a layer of crushed or diced pineapple into your dishware of choice.

Next layer your canned fruit.

Sprinkle the cake mix evenly over the top.

Scout was ready to taste test at all times. She's SO helpful!

Cover the top evenly with slices of butter.

Bake for 45 min to 1 hour. I put a record on and checked the cobbler when I turned the record over. You want the cobbler to be golden and bubbly.

As you can see, I have the world's smallest kitchen. The rest of my place is miniature as well.

For looks and taste I added some peach slices on top and sprinkled a dash of sugar.

That's it! You have a super easy and yummy dessert. Feel free to add whipped cream or vanilla ice cream. Take this to a party and people will ask you for the recipe. Just act like it's super complicated and you'll email it to them.
